These Terms of Service govern your use of DesignHub Academy and its services. By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for our web design and UI/UX prototyping courses, you accept and agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this document. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. User Obligations and Conduct

As a user of our platform, you agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, and disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our learning community. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these obligations at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, design templates, tutorials, and educational content provided through our platform are the exclusive intellectual property of our organization and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use these materials for personal learning purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any course content without explicit written permission. All designs, prototypes, and projects you create as part of our courses may be used for portfolio purposes. However, any proprietary techniques or methodologies unique to our curriculum remain our intellectual property and may not be shared or commercialized outside the scope of your personal use.

Limitation of Liability

We provide our services on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or inability to access our services. This includes loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your course subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. We encourage users to take appropriate precautions to protect their data and maintain backups of important information.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our platform at any time and for any reason, including violations of these terms or engagement in illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. You remain responsible for any outstanding payments or obligations accrued before termination. We may also terminate these terms if you fail to comply with any provision for more than thirty days after receiving written notice of the violation. Upon termination, we may delete your account and all associated data. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the termination date. Provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination, such as intellectual property rights and limitation of liability, shall remain in effect.
